    Human Resources Business Partner

    We are seeking a full-time HR Business Partner in Utrecht who will be responsible for supporting our European office with their People Management. You will contribute to the full range of People strategy to help us to make Rad even Radder! In this role you report to our People Partner in the US.

    Why You’re Rad (about you):

      • 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or Human Resources Advisor role managing relationships, recruiting, benefits, training and employee relations
      • Possess data skills, able to run reports, interpret and communicate data clearly and concisely
      • You have experience working with Collective Labour Agreements and know how to use them so that the organization is compliant
      • You have good knowledge of Dutch legislation
      • You are responsible for the personnel administration, keeping personnel files up to date and registration and supervision of sick leave
      • Well versed in compensation strategy, understanding compensation across the market and managing consistent and equitable processes
      • Prior experience leading annual review cycles and merit/performance increases
      • Strong business acumen and the ability to work well across a variety of teams (Customer Service, Retail, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and more)
      • Experience with Human Resource Information Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems and Payroll system implementations, and driving maximum value from technology. Will audit systems consistently to ensure compliance.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills across all levels of our team. Will translate documents for US and EU offices and help create Job Descriptions, Job Postings and Employment Contracts.
      • Ability to keep calm, be thoughtful, and move with a bias towards action in employee relations matters. Will assist the team in coaching and managing any disciplinary actions.

    Additional Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, related field or equivalent work experience
      • Knowledge of EU labor laws and collective labour agreements
      • Fluent in Dutch and English
      • Skills on conflict resolution, difficult conversations and reaching successful outcomes
      • Must be able to attend Video Conference Calls with the US team at least 1x per week. These calls may fall outside normal business hours and last 30 minutes to 1 hour.

      • Experience working with international teams and visa workers
      • Project management experience
      • Experience with some of our core systems: BambooHR, Lever, Paylocity, SmartSheet, 15Five, and Office Suite
      • GPHR Certification

      • Built the headcount plan with your senior leaders for their needs in 2022, including trade offs between competing priorities and investments
      • Trained our managers on a new improved performance management process including review cycle to enable them to confidently share changes to their team
      • Managed an employee relations issue to ensure alignment to our RADICAL values to the satisfaction of the stakeholders including our legal team
      • Built performance data for last months activities and impact to share with our senior leadership team
      • Led an update in our policies and procedures in advance of a legislative changes in our EU market
      • Other duties as assigned, overtime as required
