    Human Resources Assistant

    About the job

    Hotel V is looking for a full-time HR Assistant who is reliable and has integrity. Communicatively strong, but can also listen and interpret well. Has great empathy and can assess people well.

    • Point of contact within the organization for employees on all HR related issues. You take care of a good internal communication and information exchange;
    • Co-responsible for the correct implementation of the HR strategy;
    • Enforce and monitor procedures related to salary, leave, illness and resignation;
    • Keeping an eye on personnel administration such as monitoring deadlines, drawing up contracts, sending notices;
    • Optimizing inflow, flow and outflow processes;
    • Maintaining and passing on changes for payroll administration to the finance department;
    • Recruiting & selecting new employees, drawing up vacancies;
    • Thinking along with the optimal deployment of supporting HR systems and processes;

    About you

    • Minimum of 3 years of work experience within Human Resources;

    • This is a full time employment for 5 days per week;
    • Knowledge of NMBRS and Nostradamus (is a plus);
    • Broad knowledge of Dutch labor law and privacy legislation (GDPR);
    • You are precise, structured and well-organized;
    • You are communicatively strong;
    • Pro-active, flexible, honest and collegial;
    • Have a good command of the Dutch and English languages;
