Responsibilities
- Work closely with business line to develop HR strategies, guide the design and implementation of the HR practices
- Identify and respond to human resources problems, develop strategy and plans to meet the people related needs
- Handle HR projects from end to end, including but not limited to talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, and performance evaluation etc
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
- Advocate and promote our value, mission, culture and other policies
- Assist management in conflict resolution
- Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
- Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 5 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Self-motivated HR professional with interpersonal skill and problemsolving ability
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to changes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- German is available as a working language
