For our Global Function (Cycles& Procurement) we are looking for the experienced HR BP.
To enable further success in the organization, you will work with the full employee cycle, develop and implement HR projects and policies in the following areas: talent and leadership development, OD, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Employee Engagement. This is a role for someone who craves a daily challenge balanced by the desire to be accountable for delivering the best for Cycle&Procurement Organisation.
Showing leadership and empathy you will support and drive the implementation of the HR Agenda in C&P Europe.
Acting as Employee advocate and ambassador for business and HR.
Working in partnership with the C&P Business to be the trusted HR partner.
This position requires the connection, understanding and influence of different stakeholders.

Plan and anticipate organizational needs. Co-Build and contribute to strategy. Customize and implement HR programs that support employees and ensure that initiatives are aligned with business priorities, company culture and values

Partner with the business stakeholders to drive results.
Act as a facilitator and advisor to line managers and teams. Deploy talent management, learning, and reward activities & priorities to drive business strategy & breakthrough results. Encouraged to be innovative and challenge the status quo. Deliver HR operational excellence.
Process & Projects
Manage and deploy complex HR projects and lead change initiatives
Leverage HR Commons and HR Network to best effect daily work and deliverables.
Collaborate with Peers/other HR team/locations to identify where there are similar or adjacent needs across other activities and divisions where development can be leveraged
Collaborate in different people engagements projects (C&P activities, townhall meetings newsletter).

Experience & Education
Education: Bachelor Degree in related discipline. Qualification in HR discipline a plus
Experience: Minimum 6 years progressive HRBP experience, supporting diverse stakeholders in fast moving complex environment. Coupled with solid business acumen
