    HR Transformation Retail Manager

    As HR Transformation Retail Manager, you’ll strive to give the retail department the tools and training they need to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Your natural caregiver qualities will help you stay in tune with your colleagues’ professional needs, while your problem-solving skills will ensure that they’re always met. Within ASICS EMEA you are the go-to person for the optimization of retail-related HR processes and systems.

    This is a critical people and culture role, particularly in light of the ever-changing retail landscape and the impact on the way that we do business and how we need to develop creative solutions for our store teams to continue to deliver profitable results. We need an exceptional candidate to advise, partner and support our retail teams to fulfil their potential and make a lasting difference in our customer experience. Someone who speaks the retail language and has the personality to get things done internally.

    Based at our EMEA headquarters in Randstad, Netherlands and reporting to Lisa, Director of HR, as part of the role you’ll:
    • Partner with Area and Store Managers to advise on their operational and strategical HR needs.
    • Review and align Retail HR needs across different markets within EMEA.
    • Equip our frontline retail staff with the tools they need to perform at the highest level.
    • Ensure a smooth process for personnel budgeting, annual merit increases and performance management.
    • Draw up Health and Safety guidelines to protect our retail staff.

    What we’re looking for
    • A university or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
    • At least five years’ experience in a retail role with a talent for people and culture.
    • A track record of working across Europe in a pre.
    • Good Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Proven background in retail strategy and execution.
