We are looking for an intern who wants to work in an international team with many HR developments. During this internship you will be responsible for different HR projects and tasks. We need someone who is accurate, independent (we are mostly working from home at the moment) and pro-active.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance to (international) HR related aspects.

• Supporting the personnel administration.

• Supporting recruitment.

• Organizing training courses for the employees.

• Helping with projects related to HR, like the Employee Satisfaction Survey, digitalization of the HR processes and many more.

Job requirements

• Bachelor level, HR related.

• Accurate, independent and pro-active.

• Team player.

• Hands-on mentality.

• Good in word and writing in the English and Dutch language.

• Handle confidential information properly.
