We are a boutique market maker firm specialized in trading options of listed financial instruments with strong presence on the European markets, we are currently growing on the US equity derivatives markets. Today we are a team of 70 people, 17 different nationalities, located in the center of Amsterdam.
About the job:
The Plan: We plan to scale up and digitize. We already have professional HR systems in place and we are looking for someone to improve processes throughout the employee life cycle and deliver a high-quality and professional service to the business.
The scope of the job includes the HR Systems, Operations, Policies and Procedures, Data integration. Expected deliverables: the transformation of our paper based administration into a digital workflow, smooth automated operations and transparent communication to our people.
Automation of all people processes and follow up of all changes in recruitment and career changes, contracts IND, 30% ruling, visas. Continuously improve workflow and reduce manual work.
Support in the development and execution of HR projects and initiatives. Improve efficiencies, standardization supporting short- and long term business needs.
Manage the structure and authorizations of the document environment for the company. Support, maintain and develop HR data. Standardize and execute reports on request.
Work efficiently with all HR software. We plan to integrate our software platforms, communicate to employees through portals, train managers and level up to meet the challenges of the future. Qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills and data presentation.
Reports to: Chief People Officer
You want passionately to work on the digital part of HR transformation.
You are data driven, very structured and organized, tech savvy, know-how of different software platforms, advanced Excel skills.
Very independent working style, high social skills.
You have energy and enthusiasm, are self-driven and love speed and automation.
Excellent data analysis skills.
Fluency in both verbal and written English and Dutch.
