    HR Support Officer – Part-time 20 hours per week

    Making sure that the personnel and salary administration is processed on time and flawless, as to make sure that employees are well serviced.

    Sonion Nederland B.V (Sonion NL) is a company in the Sonion Group which is a global supplier within the Hearing Aid Industry. The Sonion Group develops, manufactures, and sells product solutions to customers who manufacture hearing instruments and other acoustic solutions. Sonion NL is the main R&D center within transducers and modules, but Sonion NL also has sales supportive activities such as Application Engineering, CQS, and administrative support functions. Sonion has facilities in Denmark, the Netherlands, Vietnam, the Philippines, Poland, USA and China, wherefrom our (more than 6000) colleagues work together across all locations.

    You will become part of a newly formed HR team consisting of a HR Manager (vacancy), a HR Business Partner and this role.

    Your tasks and responsibilities

    • Processing employee mutations into personnel system and with external parties for insurances and pension, and keep personnel file up to date;
    • Making employee correspondence like letters, contracts, employer statements etc and submitting work permit applications and apply for the 30 % ruling;
    • Answering questions of employees on personnel and salary administration, personnel handbook and/or CAO;
    • Processing and submitting monthly salary mutations and coordinate the payroll;
    • Responsible for HR Reporting i.e. vacation and leave days, salary reporting, monthly and quarterly reports and analysis for HR reporting and steering;
    • Coordinating on- and offboarding processes, trainings request and supporting in recruitment processes;
    • Maintain and update our HR Intranet on SharePoint including updating the content on the HR SharePoint page;
    • Proactively signalize improvement possibilities and coordinate improvement initiatives and offering support in any other HR process on request or own initiative.

    Your profile

    • Education on MBO+ level (HBO working level preferred for independently coordinating improvement projects);
    • A PDL education and experience with AFAS is a huge advantage;
    • At least 5 years of working experience in HR administration and payroll, preferably in a small HR department of an international organization;
    • Experience in working with personnel systems and Excel;
    • Well organized and accurate;
    • Can work independently and able to set priorities;
    • Organizational sensitive, service oriented and good communication skills (English and Dutch);
