    HR Support & Executive Management Assistant

    About the role
    As our HR Support and Executive Management Assistant you will be part of the HR Netherlands team supporting the headquarters of Nexperia Nijmegen. Approximately 20 hours of your working week will be spent on HR support related activities where you will assist the HR team in various operational activities.
    As an Executive Management Assistant (approx. 12 hrs.) you will support the Chief Human Resources Officer and his direct reports and act as backup for your colleague executive management assistants.
    What you will do
    HR Support Assistant
    • Deliver all routine HR operational services and ensure it is efficient and managed in an accurate and timely fashion
    • Act as point of contact for employees and management for HR related questions
    • Create, maintain, and enter information into HR databases (fi sick leave, pension) and ensure that employee records are updated in relation to employee services items
    • Maintain electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents
    • Operational support related to on and off boarding and other activities arising from the Collective Labour Agreement and the Employment Guidelines)
    • Distribute written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits and services personnel policies
    • Ad Hoc tasks assigned by HR Payroll Associate or Compensation & Benefits specialist
    Executive Management Assistant for the CHRO and direct reports:
    • Agenda management
    • Travel management including visa applications etc
    • Organizing meetings, workshops, conference-calls and team events
    • Creation of purchase orders in the system (Ariba) up to approval of invoices in SAP
    What you will need
    • Office Management, MBO P&O/HR
    • Sound knowledge in MS Office
    • Experience in Global HCM system (workday) preferred
    • Understanding of basic HR related processes
    • Experience in payroll is preferred
    • Fluent in English and Dutch
    • Experience working in an international environment, preferably including Asian culture
    • Customer-oriented
    • Self-initiative
    • Team oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills
    • Hands-on and can-do mentality
    • Able to work under pressure
