    The team

    People & Culture is responsible for the entire employee lifecycle: from recruitment to onboarding and everything in between. Our team is located at 5 locations: Hoofddorp, Schiphol (Fokker Services), Woensdrecht (Fokker Techniek), Singapore and America and consists of 4 HR Consultants, 3 HR Business Partners, a HR Director and you!

    Our ambition is to engage, enable and encourage our employees and leaders to successfully drive transformation. We do this together as a team with a project based approach.

    The internship

    During the internship, you will support the team with their day-to-day activities and with the projects that are currently running. The internship will give you a broad perspective on all activities of our People & Culture department.

    Learning goals and tasks:

    • take part in the Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding of new hires;
    • support in the recruitment & selection process;
    • assist with personnel mutations;
    • support with operational tasks such as answering employees' questions and making contracts;
    • identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence;
    • work on employee experience projects such as onboarding and updating internal regulations.

    We are also open to any of your initiatives, suggestions and ideas that you might have along the way.

    Your profile

    We are looking for a second or third year HBO Human Resources Management student who is fluent in both Dutch and English and has a pro-active work mentality. You are available for at least 32 hours a week and you are able to keep an overview on the various activities that you are doing. Because of your problem solving mindset and can do mentality no mountain is too high for you.
