    HR SSC & Payroll Manager

    To facilitate this and to expand the HR team, Trivium asked DZ & Partners to recruit for a HR Shared Service Centre (SSC) & Payroll Manager.

    Functie

    This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring HR professionals to assist in building and operating a new organization for Trivium. This individual will manage the performance (service, productivity and quality) of a team of Payroll and Administrative employees delivering day to day customer services to all employees and managers. The team provides high quality and consistent advice and support in a cost effective and efficient way. This position will supervise the administration of all HR transactional activities associated with the employment cycle, including active engagement in the continuous improvement of the HR SSC. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Country HR Manager NL.

    In this role you will make sure all payrolling compliancy-standards are met. Next to that she, or he, will be responsible for other country-specific activities relevant to the HRSSC, such as lease cars and insurance. This role provides the successful candidate with a great opportunity to gain significant and varied experience within a dynamic and professional HR management role in a production industry environment. Further to this he, or she, leads or participates in projects relevant to the HR SSC on Group and/or Country level. In this position you will be collaborating across the organisation.

    Responsibilities And Key Tasks

    • Manages the NL Payroll for all 4 manufacturing facilities and our Schiphol based HQ. Monitors and evaluates the performance levels within the team, with a view to identifying ways of improving performance levels;
    • Supervises the delivery of all payroll activities and the delivery of transactional administration activities associated with the employment cycle of all employees and managers;
    • Develops and monitors standard operating procedures to ensure high quality and consistent service delivery. Ensure workflow processes are in place in a timely and consistent manner;
    • Monitors the common Information Systems (e.g. SAP, Success Factors, T&A System) within HR are effective and efficient. Contribute to new systems to ensure quality of data and take steps to enhance where possible;
    • Ensures that all data in the HR systems are protected according to legislation and/or as agreed upon with local works counsel;
    • Further to this the highest level of internal and external compliance standards must be met;
    • Focus on results, continues improvement, service and open communication.
