Minimum qualifications:
- Experience working as a HR management consultant, in change management, capability development, and team and talent transformation.
- Experience with HR business partnering in a production/manufacturing environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of deeply complex strategy discussions.
- Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change.
- Ability to execute pragmatic business solutions through others within a HR matrix organization.

Whether coaching our clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues or managing programs that help develop our Googlers, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Googlers understand how people decisions get made.
You will be responsible for the regional people and organization strategy of key enablement organizations. Your client group spans over EU countries including Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Finland. You will partner closely with leaders in region and Google’s data center site leaders to solve complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions. You will be an integral part of the various leadership teams, and understand every aspect of the business, and act as a thought leader regarding people and organizational topics. In partnership with your leadership teams you will co-create the end-to-end regional people strategy that will enable business success and support Googlers in realizing their ambitions. This will require you to think outside the box, use data to guide your work, be comfortable challenging convention, and, in some cases, reinvent how work is done to support the team's mission: together we operate and transform the world’s leading data centers.

Responsibilities
- Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution. Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions. Partner with leaders on the define, design, launch, landing of change initiatives.
- Consult with leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change over large functions at Google.
- Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.
- Provide expertise in the following areas: talent and performance management, change management, leadership coaching, data analysis and insights, employee relations, and strategic development.
