The Role: As an HR Operations Intern you will be part of the Global HR Operations Team. This will give you the advantage of learning all the ins and outs of the HR department and being able to see what is going on daily in a big company. You will not only be working in an international team, but also supporting and learning about HR operations in different countries. Employee experience is very important to Irdeto, so you want to help every employee as good as you can and strive for positive employee relationships.
Your mission at Irdeto:
Support the HR Operations team with onboarding of employees to make sure our new joiners are setup for success, this will include preparing the welcome boxes for new joiners and implementing a new onboarding buddy program.
Work on programs/activities that make the employee experience better, like arranging social events, sports activities that create magic, wow moments for our employees!
Work on projects, which will give you working knowledge of governance and documentation used within HR, such as:
GDPR Project: Activate our GDPR protocols in accordance with our policy.
Audit and organise our personal files in a structured way.
Assist with employee changes, such as contract extensions, promotions, leave benefits any many more employment changes.
Support with the offboarding of employees, in ensuring our exit surveys are completed and any exit meetings are held with our leavers.
Support in responding to general daily employee queries that are being send to the HR EMEA Inbox to ensure we provide our employees with good response times
Assist with the creation of an employee Wiki with easy answers for questions based on the queries from the HR EMEA inbox.
Update our HR sharepoint to ensure that it is easy to navigate all information.
Learn about general HR in the workplace and HR Information System
Support with the upkeep of our SuccessFactors HR System manual to ensure all SOPs are up to date.
