    HR Operations Employee

    Within Accenture Netherlands we are looking for an HR Operations employee who will be working within the HR Operations department. We offer a broad role that appeals to all your qualities, with a high degree of independence and one's own responsibility within a young and enthusiastic team.

    In this role you will work closely together with HR Career Advisors, Recruiters, Payroll and the HR Shared Service Centers (HRSS) in both Dalian in China and Bucharest in Romania.

    Your job

    • Coordinating and checking the HR Operations core processes, mostly performed by one of the offshore service centers, for example regarding our personnel administration in SAP (new joiners, internal transfers, exits and other steps in an employee’s career and personal lifecycle), employer statements, work permit and other kind of Government related administration;
    • Keeping track of compensation and benefits procedures, such as the pension administration;
    • Provide second line support in case of questions from employees (first line support is provided by HRSS);
    • Working on continuous process improvement with a focus on automation and employee experience.

    Your role entails being the internal consultant within our consultancy bureau: Based on your expertise, you will advise and help guide, support and improve our end-to-end business.     You will be part of a team of 4 colleagues, taking ownership for the full HR Operations scope but also focused on a couple personal focus areas. Our HRSS’s in Bucharest and Dalian will support you in your day to day operations.

    Your background

    • 1+ year administrative experience (within HR is a plus but not required);
    • High sense of responsibility to work with sensitive data on a daily base;
    • Comfortable working within an ever-dynamic fast-paced and complex international environment;
    • Self-starter, quick learner and team player;
    • Fluency in Dutch and English (speaking and writing) is required for this role.
