As the HR Officer you support the team by managing the HR administration tasks such as drafting employment contracts and letters. You will be the main contact for the employees and provide them with support on all HR topics. This also involves handling incoming requests from employees and managers via telephone and email. You enjoy administrative tasks coordinating the HR inbox, and help with inquiries and prioritizing them.
You are also in charge of the recruitment process and align with candidates and managers to ensure a smooth process. When a new candidates starts you manage the whole administration process for the on boarding, but also work on the off-boarding when needed.
Other activities in this role involve:
Filing employees' data, keeping the personnel files up-to-date and accurate and GDPR compliant
Anticipate and respond to HR & office needs as they emerge
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Experience in Payroll is a bonus, but not a must
As the HR Officer it is important to have a pro-active mature and independent attitude. You are a self starter, approachable, customer focused and have excellent communication skills. You have the ability to work in a team and in an international environment. You enjoy supporting others, and you are detail orientated. Besides that you have strong organizational skills.
Other requirements for this role are:
Minimum one year HR (support) and recruitment experience
Fluent in English, any other language is a plus, especially Dutch
Available full time, 40 hours on weekly basis
Working in an international team
