    Main Purpose
    Provide a high quality HR Admin support to PepsiCo employees in terms of:
    • Delivering a range of HR administrative tasks and owning a range of processes from an administrative and systems perspective
    • Being a trusted advisor & SME in social legislation
    • Being Responsible for timely execution of payroll input/reporting
    • Being First point of contact for HR related queries from employees (BU + non BU EEs)
    • Supporting HR core processes on the local level

    • Perform accurate and timely execution of HR administration, HR systems maintenance, provision of employee documentation, information required for payroll purposes, employee benefits administration and reporting:
    • Preparation of payroll transactions and time registration (monitor time cards, overtime, additional payments, etc.)
    • Creating and completing official documents (employee contract, unemployment, termination doc’s, etc.)
    • Supporting all local HR processes (performance management process, reward & recognition program, etc.)
    • Provide service to all employees on all personnel administration processes/procedures :
    • Act as subject matter expert and handle routine queries in all areas of payroll/personnel administration/social legislation
    • Perform analyses on personnel data
    • Ensure complete accuracy of personnel files and efficient use of personnel information systems and other information systems to manage and report on employee data (payroll system, MyHr, time registration, MyBuy, etc.)
    • Ensure timely and qualitative reporting and statistics (headcount, contractors, absenteeism, etc.)
    • Perform accurate and timely execution of payroll input for production and office populations:
    • Preparation of all payroll transactions including updating employee data and time registration
    • Check and follow up on special payments such as overtime, special allowances, etc.
    • Be actively involved in HR vis-a-vis payroll interaction in order to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient way of working
    • Provide administrative support for HR processes and policies Including – Absenteism policy, Audit Compliancy, Comms, etc.
    • Maintain data integrity of systems eg MyHR, WFC, as enabler for qualitiative analytics
    • Onboarding activities
    • Drive a MSS/ESS culture as MyHR ambassador
    • Support in local HR projects and plant initiatives
    • May be involved in some location specific activities

    • Advanced level of communication skills (written/ verbal – interpersonal communication on different levels (Front line Senior Management)
    • Conflict management / problem solving

    • PC/ systems literate
    • SME in (up to date) social legislation
    • Profound knowledge of payroll processes (relevant admin/ payroll experience, preferably Blue Collar population)
    • Good knowledge of Dutch & English
