    HR Officer

    HR Officer / BP ad interim

    For an international client in the region of Nijmegen we are looking for an interim Human Resource professional for 4 to 6 months. It concerns a role within a production location for at least 32 hours per week. The role has a national focus, so a good knowledge of Dutch employment law is essential, as well as knowledge of the Dutch and English language (oral and written).

    You will support an HR manager in the day-to-day work and take over tasks when the HR manager is absent. You will advise and support the management and employees in all aspects of operational HR management at the full cycle and you will be responsible for payroll pre-work, payroll effective changes in the payroll and correct documentation of related files. You will Lead and execute the recruiting process for all organisational levels, from hiring to on-boarding and you will be managing the administrative day to day HR tasks. What we expect from you: You have a Business Degree in relevant area preferable HR or Business Administration and relevant job experience in HR with focus at recruitment within a production industry. Broad HR and local labour law knowledge is a requirement. You are able to start on a short notice.
