    HR Manager (Recruiting) from 30h/week (m/f/d)

    For Global Tickets we are looking for a HR Manager (Recruiting) (m/f/d) for 30-40h/week as soon as possible.

    In your role as a HR Manager (Recruiting) (m/f/d), you don’t just keep all your ducks in a row; you also use your excellent organisational skills to achieve our HR objectives.

    • Point of contact for management staff and employees for all HR issues
    • Operational recruiting for permanent positions (e.g. creation of job advertisements, applicant selection, active approach, conducting interviews)
    • Continuous optimisation and adaptation of recruiting processes
    • Expansion of direct approaches via LinkedIn, Xing and other portals
    • On- and Offboarding of employees
    • General administrative HR tasks (employment contracts, certificates, references, managing employee data)
    • Providing and developing HR processes
    • Active involvement in various interdepartmental projects


    • You have completed business training as a HR Services Consultant and/or have a degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resource Management or similar
    • Experience in HR management, especially in the field of recruiting or active sourcing
    • Excellent organisation and planning skills: you are able to set priorities and show flexibility when it comes to organising your working day
    • Strategic thinking, a hands-on mentality and strong communication skills
    • An independent, solution-orientated approach to work with a heavy focus on service
    • Very good written and spoken Dutch and English as well as at least basic knowledge of German
