    HR Manager

    Your mission
    Parkos is growing fast, and our people are our most important asset. We are growing towards a team of 70 within 12 months, and we won't stop there. We are looking for an HR Manager who will lead this transformation and help double the team.

    About Parkos
    Parkos helps you park your car at the airport in over 14 countries, including the USA and Australia. We do this with a passionate team coming from all over the world, working remote or from our headquarters in Groningen, The Netherlands. Since our start in 2014 we achieved massive growth and received many awards (Deloitte Fast 50, FD Gazelle, Cross border Top 30 and many more). We are on our way to become the #1 in airport parking, worldwide.

    About the team
    The HR team’s mission is to build a high performing organization by bringing Parkos teams to the next level. Our company will scale from 50 employees now, to over 150 in the next years. You will report to the founders and oversee an HR & Recruitment employee and a Recruiter (currently open vacancy).

    As the HR Manager you work on a strategic, tactic and partly operational level. You work closely with all teams within Parkos and both founders.

    You will improve the HR policies and processes and set them up for international growth. In addition, you monitor employee engagement, manage the entire employee journey, prepare various HR reports and improve company culture; remote or at the office. You will work on interesting HR related projects, such as implementing a new performance management system or improving employee happiness and engagement over multiple countries.

    Your profile
    • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a high-growth international environment
    • You have a bachelor or master degree in the direction of HRM with demonstrable knowledge of Dutch labor law;
    • Experience in Talent acquisition and employer branding
    • Strong personality and result-driven
    • Analytical and data-driven and uses this in the decision-making process
    • You are hands-on approach and proactive

Like AirBNB has no apartments and Uber does not own taxis, Parkos does not have its own parking spaces. We fulfill a mediating role in the market between supply and demand. By doing this we want to create enjoyable travel experiences.

    Our headquarters are located in the city center of Groningen. From there we operate in multiple countries in Europe and America. You can also find us in Australia. Our team is enthusiastic and diverse and consist of many different nationalities. We speak a lot of English with each other.
