Our client is an innovative leader in the service & facility industry.
The HQ is based in Hoofddorp and they have a strong presence in the Benelux.
They are looking for a Human Resources Manager that will manage and develop the HR Department in the Netherlands in line with the needs of a modern and efficient Company.
The HR Manager is a member of the Country Management Team and reports to the CEO of the International Companies, working together with the HR Director of the Group.
Your Role
- You will have to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
- You will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues.
- You will be involved in proactive way in the development of the Company, as an important support to every department.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Manage the recruitment and selection processes.
- Assess training needs as to apply training programs.
- Advising management team on HR issues and changes to employment law.
- Plan and/or host workforce performance reviews and appraisals.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (HBO level).
- At least 5 years working experience as HR Manager
- Person oriented and results driven.
- Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the business.
- Excellent communications and leadership skills.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
- Medium level of capabilities in the digital applications.
