Eco-Movement is a fast-growing data platform with a central role in the field of electric mobility. Our mission is to make great charge point location data accessible and simple for all major players in the EV industry worldwide.
You are energetic, creative and pragmatic. You take full ownership of and also contribute with both ideas and actions to the overall company direction. At Eco-Movement we are looking for a new colleague who likes to help people grow and who likes to optimize processes.
Your challenge
You are responsible for all HR within Eco-Movement and are the backbone for our team, activities include among others:
- Optimize HR process;
- Manage Recruitment process;
- Direct contact with founders on team growth;
- Manage talent development;
- Responsible for the implementation of different HR policies and practices;
- Operational HR tasks such as HR administration, absence counseling, and employee onboarding and offboarding;
- Periodical progress reporting and perform employee data analysis.
Job requirements
- 16-24 hours per week
- Speak and write fluently in English
- Experience as HR manager in entrepreneurial environment
