We are currently in a global procurement transformation journey 'Source for the Stars' that seeks to create more value forthe company in a more effective way. We have created a new organizational design with new job profiles (including clear competencies) and we have graded several functions. For this org. charts, job profiles, grading infrormation and vacancy texts have been created in the last couple of months. It's time to hand-over all these materials in a structured way to our line-managers so they can use this for their workforce planning. You will be in the lead of this project to organize, structure and hand-over the materials to the line managers globally.

Next to these projects, there will be around 20% of your time available (assuming that you will be available full-time) for your own projects/topic you would like to get experience on.
