    A great opportunity for an interesting Internship Human Resources in Almere.

    Start your career adventure here and join our fun HR team to learn all about the broad field of HR. This is a hands-on internship where you will have all the opportunities to learn, do, experience, and discover about HR in a global setting. We are located in Almere, Netherlands. We offer an internship for 5 months or longer, where we work in a hybrid form.

    Fenix Outdoor Logistics in Almere is part of an international Fenix organization; a group of companies that has premium outdoor brands and stores. We are a global organization that develops and sells clothing and equipment for an active outdoor life. The love for nature is the great connecting factor.

    Brands such as: Fjällräven, Hanwag, Royal Robbins, Tierra and Primus. Furthermore, it is the full owner of outdoor retail chains such as Globetrotter, Naturkompaniet and Partioaitta.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • You will contribute to HR with your ideas, questions, energy and enthusiasm;
    • You create clear and workable overviews of the facts & figures of HR key figures;
    • You support with coordinating and checking the HR administration;
    • Support with operational HR activities;
    • You will answer HR related questions from employees;
    • You support in recruitment and selection, and onboarding activities;
    • You support the HR team in all kinds of activities;
    • You will participate in various international projects, including the implementation of HR shared services on Sharepoint.

    WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO


    • Loves and respects the outdoors and spending time in nature;
    • Is an adventurer by heart;
    • Is studying for a bachelor’s degree (HR / Psychology); you are a 2nd or 3rd year student;
    • Is motivated to learn and discover, a go-getter and result-driven;
    • Thrives in working with others;
    • For which Excel skills are a breeze;
    • Has a proactive & can-do attitude and excellent communication skills;
    • Is structured and careful; has an eye for detail;
    • Dares to ask for help and indicates where it is needed;
    • Is fluent in Dutch and English languages, verbally and in writing.
