Life as an Qwic intern
Who are you?
My name is Tim Voogel and I am the current HR-intern.
What responsibilities do you have?
I am writing my thesis about employer branding. I am really passionate about employer branding and together with the HR manager we decided that this was a good topic for my thesis.
I also help in recruitment! This is something that I want to grow in and had m interest.
Why do you work at Qwic?
The product is beautiful and the company culture is really welcoming and supportive. there is a shared passion within QWIC, where everyone wants to contribute to a cleaner future. Can we tempt car drivers to leave their cars at home and jump on their bikes? We think so!
What I also like is that you can take ownership of project of your interest, for instance Employer branding and get a lot of responsibilities and freedom within these projects.
Why should anyone apply?
I think that if you want an challenging internship, were you can really take ownership of certain projects then you should apply! I also think that you can really develop yourself within Qwic and learn a lot. The company culture is very flat and open, which is great for an intern!
