    The Job:

    We are looking for an Intern to join the HR team in Amsterdam to provide administrative support. You will report to the People Partner (Benelux) and have full exposure to the day-to-day activities of an HR department, business requirements and employee life cycle.

    The Daily:

    • Support in (creative) personnel communication through WarnerMedia One

    • Creating and maintaining accurate Personnel files (digitalizing)

    • Provide additional general office admin support

    • Prepare personnel reports regarding to sick leave, annual leave, payroll etc.

    • Provide support in onboarding of our new hires

    • Provide support in organizing and planning personnel activities

    The Essentials:

    • You’re an HBO Human Resource Management student

    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal;

    • Proactive and eager to learn

    • Strict adherence to confidentiality and high ethical standards;

    • Excellent Dutch & English fluency (both written and oral communication);

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
