Introduction
Are you a master’s student in Human Resources (HR) or Business with a strong interest and an affinity with project management, and you’re interested in kickstarting your career in HR? Then this internship could be interesting for you!
We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.

LAVA Therapeutics offers the ability to work together with a group of experienced leaders and professionals, who all have a track record of success in their field of business and in the Life Science industry. We offer a professional working environment, in which hard work is balanced with fun.
This internship is suitable for both apprentice interns and graduate interns. You are available for at least 4 days a week with a minimum duration of 6 months. The location of the internship will be at LAVA’s office in Utrecht (possibility to work remotely). The start date is as soon as possible.
During this internship, you will join the HR team with the following tasks:
- Supporting the team in building a LAVA job framework.
- Supporting the team with improvement activities on Talent Acquisition.
- Supporting the project managers in several projects (e.g. Onboarding and
- Support the team to keep all HR-Related records correctly filed (including
- Identify communication and change management needs and create
- You are a master’s student in the field of HR or Business studies with affiliation or experience with project management.
- You have a proactive attitude, enjoy creative thinking and you are perseverant.
- You have strong English communications skills, both verbal and written.
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- You are capable of working in an environment with highly skilled professionals.
