We are on the hunt for an HR Generalist, to be based in Amsterdam for this newly created role as the People and Culture team is growing!
Are you an experienced operational HR professional who is tenacious and organised? Are you a strong communicator, team-player and go-getter who is always looking to deliver the best results for the people of your organisation?
Working as part of this dynamic and talented team, you will work with your colleagues in this exciting, multi-cultural business to be the administrative, operational, and data analytical foundation of the department. This team have sky-high ambition – come and raise the game with them!
In this true generalist role, no day will be the same as you’ll be providing on the ground support on the full HR lifecycle, from managing absence, creating contracts, ER case management, processing colleague changes, supporting new hires and leavers and everything in between! You’ll also get involved with maintaining the internal intranet pages and updating the People policies and procedures.
To be successful, you’ll be an HR professional with HR Generalist experience from an international environment; tech savvy, comfortable with HR systems such as Workday, have great attention to detail, a positive, proactive mindset and be willing to take the initiative to solve issues and queries, taking pride in a job well-done.
This is a fast-paced and exciting environment, so you’ll be happy to get your sleeves rolled up to achieve an excellent employee experience and feel confident liaising with all colleagues. Also, you’ll need to speak fluent English.
Dutch, German or French languages would be an advantage but are not essential.
