To support the growth in our Benelux region, our HR team in Amsterdam is urgently looking for a full-time HR Coordinator with focus on international mobility.
Your responsibilities HR
Responsibility for HR operations together with colleagues from the international HR team
Support our HR Advisor with administering suite of global mobility documentation such as A1 applications and secondment agreements
Liaise with external immigration providers to manage work permit applications for international secondments of our employees
Monitor any deadlines and the correct documentation per work permit application to ensure compliance requirements are being met
Support our region as first point of contact for all HR-related queries
Active participation in the growth of our region by administering suite of HR-related documentation, supporting with onboarding matters and maintaining personnel data in our HR database Workday
Coordinating dates/times for interviewing candidates and cross references with availability of interview group
Sending out confirmation emails to candidates, giving them date/time, arrival instructions etc.
Create prospects and enter candidate data throughout process in Workday
Further administrative tasks as well as the participation in HR projects
At least one year of relevant professional experience in an operational HR position
Calendar management skills. Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks
Experience with international mobility, especially with work permits is an advantage
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Dutch
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and business communication platforms (MS Teams)
Pleasure in working in an international and dynamic team
Structured, problem-solving orientated and autonomous way of working
Strong service orientation, strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and reliability
Capacity for teamwork, strong communications skills and a high self-motivation
