    HR Coordinator – EMEA

    The Role:

    As an HR Coordinator at our Headquarters (Hoofddorp, The Netherlands) you will join our HR Operations Team, consisting of 5 colleagues, reporting into the Senior HR Coordinator. Your geographic focus will be EMEA supporting the Netherlands, but also France, South Africa, Austria, Poland, the UK, Russia and Dubai. Your focus will be on preboarding, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations and general HR administration. You will assist the Senior HR Coordinator, the Senior HR Generalist and will work together with the other HR Coordinator.

    Your mission at Irdeto:

    Preboarding and Onboarding Coordination

    • You will play a vital role in our employee experience, from before the employee’s first day till their last day, including:
    • Manage and draft employment agreements, offer letters, all contractor agreements.
    • Add HRIS information for new hire.
    • File and keep a record of Employee Agreements and all Contractor agreements.
    • Initiate external employee reference and compliance checks via a third-party.
    • Initiate and coordinate mobility of new joiners, using third parties to assist with relocation and immigration.
    • Initiate 30% ruling application process with our external partner, maintain overview of those eligible for annual tax assessment and process school fees payments for tax free reimbursement – external hires.
    • Ensure to get exceptional feedback from new employees on their pre-boarding and onboarding program.
    • EMEA & Global Onboarding Program coordination.

    Benefits Coordination
    We offer many benefits across EMEA, which have associated platforms that need to be updated and maintained, this includes:

    • Track and manage all enrollments and life events in global benefit systems.
    • Manage lease car benefit with third-party provider and related employees.
    • Support with the Benefit renewals and related projects.
    • Creating and distributing communication materials.

    Employee Relations
    You will manage the relations by supporting employees and their managers with queries, updating and maintaining policies, meaning you:

    • Respond to regional mail inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, payroll, procedures, and L&D programs.
    • Be a brand HR ambassador and spark joy in internal communication an update of policies and benefits.

    Coordinate Social Events and other HR Activities

    • Organize and coordinate corporate social events and HR related events.
    • Ensure HR related invoices are paid globally and track all payments.
    • Support, manage and report on Regional Budget for EMEA

    Assist on HR Payroll, HRIS Data Coordination and Reporting

    • Share regular HR reports, extracted from HRIS and other systems.
    • Payroll Mutations & Benefits & Maintaining and update HRIS information.
    • Back-up for HR Coordinator of Operations Services.

    How you can add value to the team?

    • Have HR administration experience, preferably in an international environment, HR operations, process improvement, HR

    Shared Services.

    • An educational background on this field.
    • Fluent English & Dutch verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills is a must; French or Polish would be a benefit.
    • Experience using HRIS systems – experience with SuccessFactors and/or Oracle is a plus.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, always-changing environment.
    • Hands-on, no-nonsense, pragmatic.
    • Perfectionist, with excellent administration and follow-through skills.
    • Highly organized and an absolute multi-tasker.
    • A true team player, with a lot of initiative and curiosity.
