    HR Compensation & Benefits Internship - NH Hotel Group Northern Europe

    What will you do?
    As a Compensation & Benefits trainee, you will be jointly responsible for department processes in the Business Unit Northern Europe. In this unique role, you will be involved in several HR activities including the following:

    • Assist in the administration of Global Benefits processes and the implementation of new ones.
    • Maintain and improve the quality of our data in HR systems.
    • Be a linking pin for our international HR team on data and benefits subject-related matters.
    • Preparing several reports related to People data including FTEs, headcounts, salaries, and benefits.
    • Provide support and training to team members in hotels and central services offices on the usage of HR applications.
    • Prepare internal communication about Compensation & Benefits related themes.

    Within our team, we are also constantly looking to improve our processes and work more efficiently. Currently, we are working with RPA (Robotic Process Optimization) to optimize some of our department processes. Therefore, there is also the opportunity to learn and contribute towards this.

    You will plan, coordinate, and communicate about the above HR-related topics in a hybrid environment, i.e., working from home is an option along with working in the Central Services Office in Hoofddorp or our hotels.
