    Job Title: HR CoE (Center of Expertise)


    Job Location: Huawei Multi-Country HQ, The Hague, Netherlands


    About the Role:

    As the certified 'Top Employer in Europe 2022', who is committed to 'consistent application of human resources excellence', we are looking to hire a vibrant HR COE(Center of Expertise) that will join our Multi-Country Management team in the Netherlands.

    You may have a good understanding of business operations and build great working relationships with all stakeholders, in order to support the delivery of appropriate HR programs and solutions to enhance business performance in the entire Multi-Country region(Netherlands, Ireland, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg). You are expected to be the bridge that engages, motivates and retains talent in the region.


    Main Responsibilities:

    • You'll be responsible for human resource management/development strategy, such as: Employee Relations, Organization Change, Learning & Development, Talent Management, D&S HR support, and other HR-related areas.

    • Work closely with different business units to diagnose, advise, support and empower management through HR tools, and using your HR expertise.

    • Provide solutions following the corporate policy framework whilst monitoring results and continually enhancing the existing system and integrating it to the local company culture.

    • Play an important role in the development of employee relationships, learning and development, leadership, and allocation capabilities that boosts the comprehensive operational capabilities of the team.



    • Ideally 1+ years' work experience in Human Resource, Organisation Behavior, Business Management or ICT background related, etc.

    • Strong advisory and social competence, convincing with own initiative, communication and negotiation skill.

    • Result oriented and solution provider.

    • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.

    • Articulate in Chinese and English on both written and oral.
