Our organization is growing and we are looking for an HR Business Partner to help us create the best employee journey. We are ambitious, continuously developing and there is plenty of space to keep on building.
You will be the main point of contact for our management teams regarding any people related matters. HR reports directly to the Managing Director of our retail organization. As an HR Business Partner, you are the HR specialist for retail, supporting our managers both in the Netherlands and internationally on matters such as employability, learning and development and performance management. Additionally, you will be the main sparring partner for the Managing Director on HR topics, you work on staff planning, budgets and new business proposals from an HR point of view. You are not afraid of complex challenges, you are proactive and have a positive attitude. You can connect people, you are hands-on and a team player. You will work with and guide the retail HR team.
You are a sparring partner for Directors and line management on HR needs and you will advise line management on HR-related issues, also on an international base
You indicate and set out HR goals and objectives for retail and ensure follow up.
You will create and implement HR policies and translate these to line management
You will be part of diverse HR related projects, among which projects such as the implementation of new HR tools and systems and harmonizing compensation packages.
You will work on optimizing HR processes and you will be part of executing these
You have and maintain knowledge of employment legislation to ensure compliance
You will act as a case manager for long term sickness
You will report on and improve reporting cycles on key HR data and look for continuous improvement
What we are looking for
Completed HBO or WO degree in a relevant direction
At least 3 years of working experience in a dynamic HR environment; international is a plus
You are fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; other languages are a plus
Knowledgeable on Dutch employment legislation
Eager to learn and work with our teams on various locations across Europe
