    HR Business Partner

    What will you do as HR Business Partner?

    • Serve as the go-to person for embedding organisational changes to their respective organisations and the impact these have on staff skills, staff development and staff recruitment.
    • You will proactively partner and collaborate with Business Unit Directors and Advisory Group Directors to provide pragmatic and commercially focused solutions to bring the People Strategy to life.
    • Support in the delivery of business strategy, by creating an environment of positive people management; ensuring we attract, develop and retain talented people who are fully engaged.
    • Serves as the go-to person for embedding organisational changes to their respective organisations and the impact these have on staff skills, staff development and staff recruitment.
    • Collaborate closely with the Global Centre of Expertise to ensure all People program(s) are suitable and appropriately aligned to the business unit strategy.

    Your responsibilities involve:

    • Build strong professional relationships with key stakeholders and participate in relevant meetings to actively contribute to the strategic decisions of the business.
    • Embed and deliver HR strategies for people management, succession planning and talent management within with the Business Units you support.
    • Drive programs to facilitate culture change, capability building in new ways of working, leadership, performance.
    • Support with organisational change projects (restructuring, acquisitions, etc.) across business units by gathering information, preparing projects and communication plans and effective stakeholder management throughout the project.
    • Drive continuous improvements in HR processes & services. Responsible for ensuring HR practices and systems are adjusted in line with relevant changes in legislation and other developments.
    • Working with local country HR teams, where present, to ensure an efficient and compliant service in line with global standards and policies, employment legislation, rules and regulations.

    What will you bring?

    • Proven HR experience as HR business partner.
    • Experience in Talent, Development and Reward agendas.
    • Experience in organizational effectiveness and organization change processes.
    • Ability to take business and commercial insights and translate into the Organization & People agenda to influence the business.
    • Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions.
    • Strong consultancy and communication skills, specifically diagnosis.
    • Excellent coaching and relationship building skills.
    • Solutions orientation balanced with delivery focus.
    • Analytical, interpretative and decision-making skills.
