    As HR Business Partner you know your way around people and culture and with that knowledge you get the opportunity to shape your People department together with your team. You are responsible for all things HR within the employee lifecycle from onboarding, development and support to offboarding and termination concerning the HQ office at Schiphol-Rijk. You will drive and support the operations and people strategy to ensure this organization attracts, retains and develops great people who are passionate about the company and her culture as they scale rapidly.

    Are you open for a fulltime position as HR Business Partner? Are you looking for a responsible position within an international, fast growing organization? Then we are looking for you!

    As HR Business Partner you are responsible for the full HR lifecycle from onboarding, development and support offboarding and termination. Your responsibilities:

    • Full administrative support in HR;
    • Drive several projects;
    • Development and implementation of policies & procedures;
    • Structuring and developing compensation & benefits;
    • Drafting and implementing learning & development plans;
    • Coach the HR Support Specialists;
    • Advise the organization and management on more complex HR matters;
    • Liaise with recruitment.

    The organization is a fast growing organization which makes working in HR very challenging! Since the previous HR Business Partner left, you will start with some administrative backlog. Once this work is in place again, you have more time to drive and start new projects.

    The position of HR Business Partner is open for the long term, you will get a direct contract with our client and is a fulltime (40 hours a week) position. Working from home is not a problem, but in this position only working remotely is not an option.

    For this position we are not offering relocation. Only candidates who are already living in the Netherlands, will be taken into consideration for this position.

    • A solid background in an HR Business Partner position, preferably at an international company and/or in a scale-up environment;
    • A bachelor or master degree within HR;
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude;
    • Strong logical communicative and time management skills;
    • Ability to thrive in a changing fast-paced environment;
    • Fluent in English an Dutch.
