    HR Business Partner

    We're looking for an HR expert, who can support in taking our vision to the next level, and ensure not only our customers have memorable lasting impressions, but also our colleagues. At Eurail we are currently transforming the Way of Working (WoW), to work in a more agile way, to ensure our customers’ needs are at the heart of how we design and develop our products. You will be a fundamental part of this change, guiding colleagues through the new WoW, and supporting the Head of People and Culture to adapt the HR ways of working to the new agile way!

    This HR generalist role will have a specialism in Payroll + Benefits, but also have the passion to get involved in all aspects of the colleagues’ journey, such as recruitment, performance management, HR policy, and employee satisfaction.

    What you’ll be doing:

    You’ll be joining the People and Culture (P&C) team, reporting to the Head of People and Culture, where your primary role will be to advise and support the leadership team member in coaching talent and improving/ retaining engagement in their department.

    Quarterly, you will work with the P&C team on user stories to help improve the employer proposition and employee experience.

    You will also be an active member of our cross-functional ‘Heartbeat team’ and our Lean-Agile Centre Excellence (LACE) responsible for providing and owning innovative approaches, to support the ongoing transformation.

    You will work closely with the HR Administrator to ensure the accurate payment of salaries monthly via Visma. Further, you will be the main point of contact for third parties related to our benefits, such as pension, health care, and NS cards.

    What we are looking for;

    • An outgoing person, who enjoys networking and is comfortable with on-going change.
    • Experience in a similar role, business partnering with people managers.
    • Knowledge of Dutch employment law
    • Excellent command of English and Dutch- both written and spoken is a must.

    Bonus points if you:

    • Knowledge of the agile principles, preferably having supported teams working in an agile environment
    • A passion for sustainable travel!
    • Already hold the correct documents to work in the Netherlands
