Responsibilities
• Assist recruitment procedures, such Job posting, CV’s screening, arranging job interview.
• Participate in on & off-boarding procedures (such as create/close account and email and notification etc.), continuously optimize processes and employee experience.
• Carry out team building plans and activities, create a harmony working atmosphere.
• Monthly payroll processing and attendance management.
• Responsible for contracts extension and working permits application.
• Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources.
• Excellent communication skills and time management abilities.
• Good communication skills in English or Dutch, both in written and verbally.
• Proactive, attentive, responsible, good at thinking and summarizing.
• Being accurate and eyes to details.
