About the role
You will be joining the HR team, a diverse team who are passionate and motivated in what they do. In this role you will be working closely together with the two HR Officers and the HR Team Lead. The team is very open and eager to further professionalize our HR department together.
As we aim to grow eight million customers by 2025, our team has an important role in making sure all HR processes are running smoothly.
You will be assisting with the administration of the complete employee lifecycle and be the first contact person for employees regarding HR and salary matters. As our HR Assistant, you will take care of the payroll administration and HR administration, to ensure that all the basic HR processes run smooth and are compliant. While getting to know our processes, you can suggest improvements and think along with our HR team of projects to work on.
What you will be responsible for:
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves etc.)
Compile and update employee records
Prepare employment contracts and letters
Identify possible improvements for processes and workflows
Process Employee mutations in SAP SuccessFactors (HRIS)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
Apply visa and 30% ruling for international employees

HBO level – preferably in Human Resource Management or comparable
1-3 years of relevant work experience (preferably 1 internship, and 1 work experience)
