Job Description
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for all HR related matters
- Personnel Administration
- Onboarding and Induction of new hires
- Health and Safety (Arbo)
- Communicate with UWV, SVB and Belastingdienst when needed
- Pension Fund
- Sickness leave
- Some Office Management tasks when Office Manager is absent
- All other duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resourcesor related field
- 2+ years HR experience in asimilar role
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Assertive, detail orientedand a self-starter
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
- Experience in a multinational/multiculturalcompany
