EZVIZ is now looking for a HR Assistant, to fill the position as soon as possible.
Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for opening.
Coordinate and complete all new hire on-boarding, contractual change and termination processes and documentation. Ensure accurate, proactive and timely recording of data.
Support international hires in their relocation, arrange work and residence permits and settlement after relocation.
Handle administrative and organizational tasks within the company.
Assist in other ad hoc job projects as assigned.
At least one year of relevant Recruiting and administration experience.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbally. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks.
Experience with international mobility, especially with work permits is an advantage.
Ability to cope in a fast, dynamic environment in a calm and professional manner.
