    HR Assistant

    EZVIZ is now looking for a HR Assistant, to fill the position as soon as possible.

    Your Responsibility

    • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for opening.
    • Coordinate and complete all new hire on-boarding, contractual change and termination processes and documentation. Ensure accurate, proactive and timely recording of data.
    • Support international hires in their relocation, arrange work and residence permits and settlement after relocation.
    • Handle administrative and organizational tasks within the company.
    • Assist in other ad hoc job projects as assigned.

    Your Profile

    • At least one year of relevant Recruiting and administration experience.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbally. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
    • Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks.
    • Experience with international mobility, especially with work permits is an advantage.
    • Ability to cope in a fast, dynamic environment in a calm and professional manner.
    • Flexible to work in different roles as needed.
