We are currently searching for an extremely motivated, energetic HR and Recruitment Intern to join us for 4+ months as of 1st February ‘22!
As our HR and Recruitment Intern you will work directly with our People and Culture Lead - Libby - to learn firsthand what it takes to run the A - Z of all things Recruitment and People within a fast-growing, dynamic start-up environment!
A sneak-peak into what you’ll do during those 6 months:
Assisting with recruitment processes; drafting job descriptions, qualifying CVs, phone screening and interview scheduling
Creating and posting Employer Branding content across all social media platforms
Assisting with HR System data input, as well as carrying out reports to gather and analyse HR and Employee data
Being the co-organiser of Kudos Ceremonies, Friday drinks and company events!
Owning various People and Culture projects to continue making Payaut the company we are!
What experience, skills and qualities will you need to do this internship?
✔️ Finalising your degree (ideally in HR, Management, Language and Culture Studies or something related)
✔️ 4+ months to invest in an internship starting 1st February ‘22 (or earlier!)
✔️ True eagerness to take on any challenge with a can-do, upbeat attitude
✔️ Genuine interest in learning about all things People and Culture!
✔️ World-class interpersonal and communication skills
✔️ A keen eye for detail and unrivalled organisation skills ✔️ Fluent English language skills - extra languages are a plus!
✔️ A great sense of humour!
We offer €500 per month internship allowance, as well as travel allowance. The internship is based in our HQ, in Amsterdam - we are only able to offer our internship to students who are currently based and studying in the Netherlands.
