    About The Role

    Are you an experienced HR generalist who has a passion for people topics and prioritizes clients in people solutions? We are looking for a driven team member to join directly with the HR Manager of the Netherlands and the rest of the HR team in Western Europe (Copenhagen, Luxembourg, France, Spain and Italy) and Middle East Africa (South Africa, Ivor Coast and Israel). This is a rare opportunity to work directly with HR WE and MEA and the business heads to grow the two office Corporate Solutions and IPTIQ in the Netherlands -Hoofddorp- as well as to extend your partnering expertise in other countries of our cluster.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Deliver seamless experience to our clients through a smooth operational model and a solid support to their queries.
    • Ensure consistency in the execution of the HR policies and processes.
    • Partner with our payroll provider to ensure correct and timely payroll delivery.
    • Run the benefits enrollment processes.
    • Ensure all our standards, legal, regulatory, compliance and audit requirements and other necessary controls are in place.
    • Be the core local HR processes expert while partnering the central teams and WE/MEA colleagues for the shared/offshored processes and international projects.
    • Support in maintaining relationship with local vendors and interfacing the labor consultant.
    • Support the HR Manager in delivering the HR strategy as required.

    About You

    • 3+ years of directly applicable HR experience working with cross-functional global teams
    • Knowledge of Dutch employment law and experience in HR operations (including managing payroll delivery)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
    • Experience and confidence interacting with HR internal clients.
    • Good detail orientation and an ability to maintain data with 100% accuracy.
    • Ability to recognize process improvement opportunities and act upon. them to gain efficiencies in a rapidly scaling environment.
    • MS Office professional.
    • Must be self-directed and able to manage your time independently.
    • Passionate about learning and adapting to evolving culture.
