    HR Administrator

    Contract: 6 months contract with possibility to extend
    Based in : Netherlands or United Kingdom

We’re growing consistently and now looking to bring in a HR Administrator to add value to our Wrangu family.


    The Wrangu HR Administrator supports the day to day operations of Wrangu ensuring our people policies and procedures follow legislation and help the Wrangu family grow and be the best at what they do. Until our new Recruiter starts you will also help out with some of the recruitment admin.

    You will do the following

    HR Admin

    • Be the first point of contact for UK and Netherlands HR-related queries, manage or escalate grievance and disciplinary cases, as appropriate.
    • Handle all HR and Recruitment administration such as preparing offer letters, processing leavers, contracts of employment and contractual changes such as promotions, salary increases and maintain HiBob
    • Ensure HiBob is updated and regularly audited to ensure data accuracy and consistency
    • Update sickness absence and update Dutch insurance system
    • Support HR projects such as L&D, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Organisational Change Programmes and Cultural Enhancement initiatives.

    Recruitment admin

    • Support managers with recruitment, including, placing adverts, sending out for referrals, shortlisting, setting up interviews and make sure candidates receive feedback.
    • Arrange interviews and support managers designing interview questions and assessments
    • Effectively onboard new joiners and support managers with the probationary process
    • Manage Pre-employment checks with our external supplier, ensuring new joiners are eligible to work in country
    • Process holiday and other events in hubplanner (project resource system) to ensure scheduling for client projects resource and forecasting is accurate


    • BA Business Administration or HR qualification
    • Ideally picked up previous experience in an administrative role during your studies
    • Be willing to take on operational projects as required.
    • Able to work with independently and on own initiative
    • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentations skills
    • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise
    • Fluent in Dutch and English, an additional European language would be an advantage


    • Monthly Salary between € 2100-2500 per month, based on a full time position.
