    HR Administrator

    Together with your colleagues in the People Team, you will be responsible for making the Employee Journey a beautiful adventure. From onboarding to off-boarding, you will contribute to every part of the journey for the approximately 120 employees of LOAVIES.

    How will you do it? By being the point of contact for all HR administration questions from our people and making sure that administratively everything is always in order. You take care of the onboarding, the offboarding, the payroll input and all contracts. You are the one who ensures that everything runs completely 'smoothly', that everyone receives the right salary on the right day, and that questions are always answered in time. In addition, you keep our people systems up-to-date and you are always looking for ways to make it even more fun for our people to work at LOAVIES. We are growing rapidly and welcome 5-10 new employees every month.

    You will proudly take responsibility for:

    • Onboarding and offboarding - You make sure this is a smooth process for everyone, with a little wow factor here and there!
    • Contract administration - All types of personnel contracts will be drafted, amended, documented and tracked by you.
    • Payroll - You deliver all mutations monthly to our payroll provider, check the pay slips and answer any question about salary from the employees.
    • Absence and leave - You ensure that this is registered and the correct documentation is provided to UWV and the employees.
    • Reporting - You provide to the management team and the managers insights that help us better manage our employees.
    • Administration - In the broadest sense of the word. Think of employer statements, keeping track of policies and benefits, lease car contracts etc. There is a lot on your plate and you love it!

    You will fill your own role: creativity and initiative are highly appreciated! There is always room for improvement. Making processes more efficient is also part of your challenge.

    • Experience in a similar role, as HR Assistant / HR Coordinator / People Operations;

    • Payroll - extensive experience in processing all types of mutations monthly for a diverse group of employees and liaising with payroll providers;

    • Extensive experience with HR contract administration and keeping our department compliant;

    • Eye for detail and you are very accurate;

    • Excellent communication skills, also in English;

    • You get energy from serving other people and you like to work in a dynamic work environment.
