High-End Sales Associate - Amsterdam
The High-End Sales Associate builds and manages a sustainable High-End business, engaging with high-potential clients around the world. Based in Amsterdam and under the responsibility of a Boutique Director, he/she will develop sales by focusing his strategy on customer care, product presentation and arguments, will negotiate by applying the techniques and know-how of the Maison.
He/She is highly committed, always strives for results and excellence, while being a true team player and investing as a key stakeholder in the development of the High-End activity at local and international level.
How will you make an impact?
Build sustainable High-End business and partner with key stakeholders:
Leverage all business opportunities (boutique, events, digital …) and develop a comprehensive business plan in line with the market and Maison’s High-End strategy, to reach the individual pre-set High-end sales objectives
Drive each negotiation process with autonomy and highest standards of compliance regarding high-end business rules and local/international financial regulations
Nurture genuine relationships with a long-term perspective and a strong personal touch
Tactically build and maintain a solid and diversified client portfolio, thanks to targeted development plan
Cultivate genuine client relationships to build trust and create a long-lasting bond between the client, the Maison, and him/herself
Autonomously create bespoke and mindful experiences for high-end clients, building notably on all opportunities offered by the Maison (events, client treatment, cultural activities…), and adding a strong personal touch
Strive for professional excellence, while transmitting knowledge and passion
Transmit knowledge and personal expertise on any occasion (daily interactions, best practices sharing sessions, etc.)
Invest as key stakeholder in the development of the High-End activity of the subsidiary
Act as a brand ambassador, with the highest level of commitment, internally and towards clients
Uphold the Maison’s decisions and preserve the interests of the Maison, while striving for satisfying the client (negotiation posture, respect of processes and procedures…)
Be a role model and proudly promote the High-End community and career path
Are you matching with the profile ?
You possess a first commercial experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage client relationships and build broad networks.
You always have an enthusiastic, a “can do” approach with clients and colleagues.
You have a deep understanding of client needs and a true attention to details.
