    What do you bring to the Wehkamp Tech Hub?

    • Experience in leading Tech Leads, indirect +/- 60 FTE ;
    • 8+ years of experience in a similar role;
    • Smart, sharp and analytical mind;
    • You have a vision on where Tech & Product is going Agile mindset;
    • Nice to have is your experience with micro services.


    What do you bring?

    • You have a passion for retail and you know how e-commerce rolls;
    • You have experience in leading tech leads and therefore you like to think along with senior management;
    • You are responsible for delivery, budget and contracts with suppliers;
    • The Tech Leads will be supported by you, each Tech Lead is responsible for his or her multidisciplinary teams(s). Nice to mention: the team of Tech Leads is diverse and really cool to work with;
    • You will support them in coaching, creating an engineering culture at Wehkamp Tech Hub, and setting priorities and requirements;
    • You will report to Anneke Keller, CTO;
    • You will be responsible for growing people and maintaining the Agile way of working and thinking;
    • Together with our Pathfinders you will create a long term vision on Technology at Wehkamp.
