Head of Sales Enablement
We are looking for a Head of Sales Enablement who can take our global talent onboarding, culture development, and sales performance to the next level!! We are looking for the following key attributes for success in this role:
You have 5-10 years of Sales Management/Training experience with continued progress in your career throughout.
You have a vast knowledge and practical experience selling and understanding our buyer profile which is largely Parents and Guardians of Children
You have familiarity with various Sales Methodologies and have instructed these in the past
You are an ambassador of culture who has exhibited and proven strategies and transforming the culture of an organization
You are a natural coach/player who can pivot between tactically assisting our staff and strategically designing the processes that will enable us to scale.
Are data-driven and understand how to develop KPIs and present progress in the persistent development of our Sales Training programs.
Are a natural leader and team player
An experience in working with a startup company and global experience would get you one step closer in working with us!
