    Head of Recruitment

    We are Kodland! A VC back digital skills school that teaches children aged 7 to 17. We are an experienced and advanced startup/scaleup growing exponentially while educating over 15,000 children globally.     Head of Recruitment

    We are looking for a Head of Recruitment who can take our global talent acquisition team to the next level! We are looking for the following key attributes for success in this role:

    • You have 3-7 years of recruitment experience with scaling position growth
    • You are comfortable conducting extensive national research, market mapping, and talent identification in order to source potential executive candidates for the vacancies you and your team are briefed. You will use a variety of techniques including database searching and networking, direct headhunting, job board searching, effective use of social media, and advert writing.
    • You have managed and built recruitment teams hiring over 50 positions a month.
    • You have experience building learning and development programs for the recruitment team, including training, onboarding, and knowledge management.
    • Source, deploy, and manage all systems and tools relating to recruitment that help the team recruit more effectively and support the team’s efficiency
    • Develop a culture of data and analytical rigor, and build the foundations to enable data-informed recruitment and actionable insights.
    • An experience in working with a startup company and global experience would get you one step closer in working with us!
