    Job Description

    Your Mission:
    As the Head of Portfolio & Innovation you will be responsible for assessing brand performance by market and develop in-season micro-strategies in collaboration with Brand Planning and Market Activation as well as Commercial in order to maximize sales opportunities across channels and business models.

    Main Responsibilities:
    • Portfolio delivery: Roadmap for innovation/renovation /3 years NPD pipeline/Sku's rationalization
    • Provide insights on brand/product portfolio efficiency opportunities
    • Meet Sustainability ambition
    • Identification and realization of targets

    PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
    • Facilitate Process: Identify gaps between Strategy and Plan (Portfolio Guardian)
    • Challenge Brand Planning and Brand Activation Teams to close the gaps and find new opportunities and identify risks
    • Develop portfolio strategy across all sub markets towards Sustainability + lead action plan
    • Portfolio/Sku's Rationalization

    INNOVATION
    • Coordinate transformation/renovation/innovation based on Regional strategic or Local needs
    • Lead the NPD pipeline
    • Be alert and share with internal & external stakeholders trends around the world (consumer, ingredients, packs,…)
    • Building from overall portfolio strategy; you will deliver the most optimal portfolio and innovation roadmap across the markets, accelerating the value pipeline

    The Successful Applicant

    The ideal candidate has:

    • 8-12 years of Marketing & Sales experience in FMCG
    • University degree
    • Strong program management skills and ability to engage matrix execution teams into action and results
    • Solid experience in product management, product innovation and sustainability
    • Solid experience in assessing business performance and storytel data in order to support strategic decision
