    Head of Global Marketing Campaigns (Interim)

    Your role as interim Head of Global Marketing Campaigns

    The Head of Global Marketing Campaigns (interim) will:

    • Define, plan, and deliver the Global Campaigns and Marketing Automation roadmap in alignment with Global Marketing objectives, for own (emailing, social...) and paid (Google Adwords, LinkedIn, native advertising…) channels working collaboratively with the rest of the Global Marketing team, external agencies, local marketing teams and other stakeholders.
    • Develop and deploy effective social media, emailing and paid campaigns. Drive compelling messaging, visuals, and calls to action to drive visibility, leads and revenue-generating pipeline.
    • Drive stakeholders to deliver the required content (customer value propositions, brochures, whitepapers, blogs, buyer support tools…) to support campaigns stand-alone, with vendor partners or OBS.
    • Manage the operational interlock with local marketing teams and selected vendor partners, and participate in operational interlocks with Orange Group comms, Orange Cyberdefense comms, OBS MarkComms and others.
    • Manage SEO optimisation via an external agency and/or internal direct report, in close collaboration with the Global Website Manager.
    • Allocate and manage the required budget, internal and external resources (paid advertisement budget, martech licenses, …) to achieve the goals of the Global Marketing Campaign and Marketing Automation roadmap.
    • Measure outcomes on an ongoing basis via CRM, Marketing Automation and other platforms. Manage omni-channel Analytics dashboard via an external agency/and or internal direct report, in close collaboration with the Global Website Manager. Communicate results internally via regular reporting.


    Key skills

    • Campaign development and management. Combination of creative and strong project management skills. Experience defining and deploying Account Based Marketing is a plus.
    • Marketing tech stack experience. Strong skills and experience using Salesforce, Pardot, Hootsuite. SEO and data analytics experience are a plus.
    • Entrepreneurial: Able to work very effectively in a high growth, rapidly evolving business.
    • Team working and transversal alignment. Capable of building relationships and aligning stakeholders across the organization.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presenter and strategic messaging development. Fluent in English; French and other European languages are an advantage.


    Experience and Qualifications:

    • Degree in marketing (or related) and 7+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within a technology high-growth focused business.
    • Track record in Marketing Campaign Management delivering against high growth targets whilst delivering the brand message across appropriate marketing channels.
    • Experience of leading initiatives globally, including setting up and leading virtual teams.


    Location

    The Netherlands, remote or from the Utrecht office in Papendorp. With 10% potential travel in Europe.

    End: April 2023

    Available for 32-40 hours a week
